The Communal Public Institution "Home for Social and Health Protection of Invalids and Other Persons" in Sarajevo, is located in the outskirts of the municipal centre of the Canton of Sarajevo. The home is situated in an area of 25,000 square meters with more than 3,600 square meters used for business and residential purposes. The capacity of the home is 240 residential places.

The basic activity of the home is to care for people who are not able to live independently owing to residential, health or other circumstances, and who are in need of institutional care. The home is succesfuly providing services among different categories of people suffering complex psychical and physical illnesses as well as people with a combination of disorders. Only people over 18 years old can be admitted to the home.
